Terms of Service

What the service is

Cricket Social Hub lets a cricket club set up its fixtures, squad, sponsors and branding once, and generate match-day and results graphics, milestone and player-of-the-round cards, and (on paid add-ons) AI-drafted match reports and third-party integrations, from that data.

Accounts

• You need an account, with a real email address, to use the service.
• You're responsible for keeping your password and any account you administer secure — turn on two-factor authentication under My account if you'd like an extra layer.
• Tell us straight away if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
• You must be old enough to lawfully enter into these terms in your jurisdiction to create an account. Junior players themselves are not expected to have accounts — a club's adult admins manage junior squad data on the club's behalf.

Club content

A club's admins and members are responsible for the content they upload — player names and photos, scorecards, sponsor details, fixtures, and anything else entered into the product. You confirm that you have the right to upload it (including, where relevant, consent from a player or their parent/guardian for their name, photo or figures to be used) and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or break the law. We can remove content, or suspend an account, that we reasonably believe breaches this.

You keep ownership of the content your club uploads. You grant us a licence to store, process and display it as needed to provide the service to your club — including sending scorecard images to our AI provider to read figures and draft reports, where that feature is used.

AI-generated content

Match reports, captions, and figures read off scorecards are drafted or extracted automatically using AI and are provided as a starting point, not a guarantee of accuracy. Review AI-generated reports and auto-detected figures before sharing or relying on them — mistakes in a scanned scorecard (an unclear photo, an ambiguous name) can produce a wrong result, and it's the uploading club's responsibility to check before publishing.

Payment and subscriptions

Some features are available on paid plans, billed through Stripe. Fees, billing periods and cancellation terms are shown at the time a club subscribes. Unless stated otherwise, fees aren't refundable for a partial billing period. We can change our pricing with reasonable notice to a club's admin.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to upload content you don't have the right to use, or that's unlawful, defamatory, or harassing.
• Try to access another club's data without permission, or interfere with the service's normal operation.
• Use the service to send unsolicited bulk communications.
• Reverse-engineer or resell the service without our written permission.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may need to take it down for maintenance or updates from time to time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we provide the service "as is" and aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use, including from AI-generated content that turns out to be inaccurate. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that can't be excluded under applicable consumer law (for example, the Australian Consumer Law, where it applies).

Ending your account

You can stop using the service, and ask us to delete your account or club's data, at any time by contacting jamesconsidine20@gmail.com. We can suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or a paid subscription that goes unpaid, with reasonable notice where practical.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the most recent change, and every version is kept on record.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
