President
Michael Fletcher
Chairs committee meetings and the AGM. Sets the club's strategic direction together with the committee, and is the club's primary point of contact with the league/association. Makes sure decisions are followed through and other office-bearers have what they need.
Vice President
Phil Smith
Deputises for the President when needed, and usually carries a specific portfolio alongside general committee duties (e.g. facilities or grounds). Often next in line for the Presidency.
Treasurer
Gary Trevenen
Manages the club's bank accounts, membership fees and subscriptions. Prepares a budget and financial reports for the committee and AGM, oversees reconciliation of cash from BBQs, bar and canteen, and liaises with the league on grants and levies.
Secretary
Brett Cole
Minutes committee meetings and the AGM, and manages official correspondence with the league, council and affiliates. Maintains the club's official records and registrations, and coordinates meeting agendas.
Social Media Manager
James Considine
Plans and posts match reports, milestones and club news across the club's social channels. Keeps the posting calendar and brand guidelines consistent across contributors, and monitors engagement and sponsor tagging.
Hall of Fame Committee
Alan Melbourne
Reviews and decides on nominations for Life Membership, Hall of Fame and Club Legend honours. Maintains the induction criteria, and researches and documents inductees' playing and service records.
